SICK MAN

Ready for battle and undeterred by the haters, the Sick Man debut is finally being released as an album. The highly explosive collaboration between Funker Vogt and Berlin-based Sacha Korn, a.k.a. Sick Man, made waves across all major magazines and web blogs in the scene—and beyond, worldwide.

After some reflection and countless messages from fans, I eventually grew fond of this new music—one that, truth be told, wasn’t entirely unfamiliar to me. So I decided to continue. Two old friends joined in—heavyweights in their own right—and together we formed the trio Sick Man. With Robert Tuta (Lodz, PL) and Das Tier (G. Schade, founding member of STS), we brought on board two very different but seasoned musicians who had already supported Depeche Mode and The Prodigy with STS and A69, and who know how the game is played. Hard beats, catchy melodies, and a vocalist who can not only scream but actually sing. The profound lyrics tie the band’s uncompromising spirit together like a chain of steel.
